Eloise is a passionate grower since being one of our own past students on the Lv2 Regenerative Horticulture. Since moving away from the arts and film industry, she is now exploring fermenting, preserving, cooking and herbalism, using her creative skills to live more sustainably and in tune with the natural living world. She has also hosted supper clubs and cooked for our own harvest meal. In the future she wishes to travel and research how other cultures grow and preserve sustainably and what techniques and skills can be applied to growing for the future.
