Local Hosts
Local host accommodation is not organised through the College, but the College can put you in touch with local homeowners who have accommodation available nearby.
You must visit and agree terms with your host and, if appropriate, agree a written contract so that both parties are clear on their responsibilities, how much you must pay and what is and isn’t included.
The college cannot advise on the terms of any agreements with local hosts as each situation is different but can provide a handy checklist of what to look for and ask when visiting a local host. If you would like a copy of the checklist please email accommodation@blackmountainscollege.uk
