What to Expect

Our Open Day will provide you with an insight into what BMC & Welcome to our Woods can offer you, as well as giving you the opportunity to get involved in our interactive activities.

Meet some of our friendly, knowledgeable staff
Wander across to our woodland teaching space, and join us on a walk-through town up to the Penyrenglyn Project building to see the horticulture plot & orchard.
Find out about any of our upcoming events within the community
Have at hands-on activities such as woodworking (weather permitting)
Refreshments available

This is a free event, everyone is welcome to join at no cost to you.

Scheduled Sessions:

11am – Welcome and refreshments

11.30am – 1pm – Learn about our Diplomas in Regenerative Horticulture, Forestry and Arboriculture, Nature Restoration and Land-Based Studies. Come and take part in our workshops delivered by our Tutors.

1.00pm – 2pm – Q+A’s and Tour
