The Wye Organic Market Garden is in its 4th year of business and comprises 2 walled gardens totaling 1 ¼ acres, 4 large polytunnels totaling 1200 square meters. They do some small-field scale production as well with potential for further expansion in the future. Wy Organic is located in one of the most beautiful spots in England, surrounded by the river Wye and its iconic steep-sided wooded valleys, facing the Forest of Dean.

They work in partnership with the meat side of the business who manage 1000 acres of grassland with beef and lamb, plus wild venison.

The farm and gardens are run entirely under the principles of regenerative agriculture. The gardens are managed using a no-dig system. Wye Organic is are organic certified, as is the livestock operation, which is also certified Pasture Fed.

They grow a wide range of crops, mainly focused on higher value leafy greens, bunched roots, and mediterranean solonaceae and cucurbits at the height of the season. Their field-scale growing is currently focused on the crops deer leave alone: squash and leeks for example.

Wye Organic has 3 main sales channels: direct to customers through a box scheme and web orders, wholesale to local shops and also to local restaurants and other secondary wholesalers and box schemes.
