Ennig House Flat 2 is a shared furnished second floor flat in the centre of Talgarth, with two bedrooms.
This is a great, central location, surrounded by Talgarth’s local shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, with easy access to the nearby bus stop which connects Talgarth to Hay-on-Wye, Brecon, and Builth Wells directly. This is situated approximately 30-minutes’ walk from our Troed yr Harn campus, and 10-minutes’ drive from both our Hay Castle Degree learning space, and Brecon. There is no designated parking, but Talgarth Car Park is free and just around the corner. There is also parking available on the next street over.
Ennig House Flat 2 comprises of a kitchen (with an oven, hob, and dish washer), a separate furnished living area with a table and chairs and a sofa, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed), and one shared bathroom with a shower. There is no washing machine at this property (nearest launderette is Bronllys – just down the road!). You will be sharing this property with another student.
This flat is recently renovated to a high standard, with a modern touch.
Please note that access to this property is up a flight of steps.

What is the cost?
£575 per month for each of the two bedrooms
+ a share of utility bills (utilities will be added to your monthly rental amount).
An initial deposit of £200 will be required to secure the accommodation.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring your own bedding (including duvet and pillows), towels, cookware, cooking utensils, crockery and personal items.
