Vegetable Fermentation Workshop

Learn the science of fermentation in this hands-on workshop making fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi. 

Join market-gardener, Peni, in this practical workshop exploring the science behind fermentation and how we can be more self-sufficient through preparing our own fermented foods. Using fresh produce, we will learn how to make sauerkraut, kimchi or a fermented beverage and understand what equipment is needed. 

Who is this for? 

  • Those interested in learning how to make fermented foods, off-grid or sustainable living practices
  • Adults over 16 years old
