John has worked in local government for over 25 years, more than half in senior education leadership roles. He brings extensive experience in corporate governance, school reorganisation, capital programmes, safeguarding, and play and youth provision. Having made Talgarth the location for the family home in 2010, he is deeply committed to supporting Black Mountains College and its community to prosper.
