About the accommodation

Bethania – ‘The Chapel’ is a shared converted church in the centre of Talgarth, with four bedrooms.

You will be sharing this property with another three students. This character property has just been renovated to a high standard, with a stylish modern interior including a large open-plan kitchen and living space. 

There is no designated parking, but there is plenty of on-street parking and Talgarth Car Park is free and just around the corner.

Where to find it

The Chapel is located in Talgarth in a prime location, with local amenities only minutes away. Situated close to the local bus stop, it’s ideal for making the most of the surrounding towns of Brecon, Abergavenny, Hay-on-Wye and Hereford. The residence is also close to Talgarth’s cafes, shops and pubs.

For those studying at our Troed-yr-Harn Campus, it’s a 1-mile walk through ancient woodland in Pwll-yr-Wrach Nature Reserve. For those studying at our workshop in Talgarth, it is less than a 5-minute walk here.

What is the cost?

£550 per month
Price does not include bills. 

An initial deposit of £200 is required to secure this accommodation.

What do i need to bring?

You will need to bring your own bedding (including duvet and pillows), towels, cookware, cooking utensils, crockery and personal items.
