About the accommodation

Lower Porthamel Farmhouse is a shared furnished farmhouse just outside Talgarth, with four bedrooms. You will be sharing this property with three other students. 

Furnished beautifully to a high standard, the farmhouse is fully equipped for your needs.  Bedrooms and living spaces are spacious, with three larger rooms and one smaller option. There is a fire, a traditional kitchen, a bath & a shower, as well as very large gardens. 

There’s ample parking available.

Where to find it

Lower Porthamel is 1 ½ miles from Talgarth (roughly 30-minutes walk). In Talgarth, you’ll find cafe’s, shops, restaurants and pubs. From there you’ll find the nearby bus stop which connects Talgarth to Hay-on-Wye, Brecon, and Builth Wells directly. From the large free car park in Talgarth it’s a short ride on the college’s free minibus to the farm campus.
