About the accommodation

Great House Apartments (The Barns) are newly built, self-contained one-bed apartments finished to an excellent standard. Each apartment is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, open-plan kitchen/living room, on-site private parking and a shared outdoor space. These are each furnished with a sofa, bed, table and chairs.

We have 4 flats available at a standard size, and 1 larger-sized flat which can accommodate two people sharing one bedroom.

Where to find it

Great House Apartments are located in Talgarth. These contemporary one-bed apartments are in a prime location, with local amenities only minutes away. Situated close to the local bus stop, it’s ideal for making the most of the surrounding towns of Brecon, Abergavenny, Hay-on-Wye and Hereford. The residence is also close to Talgarth’s cafes, shops and pubs.

For those studying at our Troed-yr-Harn Campus, it’s a 1-mile walk through ancient woodland in Pwll-yr-Wrach Nature Reserve. For those studying at our workshop in Talgarth, it is less than a 5-minute walk here.
